Because our products are delivered digitally, this policy explains how refunds are handled in a clear and transparent way.
Digital Products & Access, Exceptions
All Systemized Life Pro products are digital in nature, including downloadable materials, templates, platform tools, and membership access.
When you complete a purchase, you receive immediate access to digital content. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and consent to this immediate access.
Once access has been granted, digital products are not refundable, in line with applicable consumer regulations for digital content.
When We May Offer a Refund
We understand that issues can occasionally occur. While refunds are not guaranteed, we may consider a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
- Billing errors on our side
Where possible, we will first aim to resolve the issue by restoring access or providing an appropriate alternative.
